Who is responsible for your data

When you visit this website

The web server automatically records technical data: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted once they are no longer needed for these purposes.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools. Fonts and images load from this website's own server, so no data goes to font or content providers.

When you send an enquiry

The contact form collects your name, your email address, the topic you select and your message. They are sent through api.tob-apps.com and delivered by email to tob-apps. If you write by email instead, your address and message are processed in the same way.

This data is used only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without your email address, your enquiry cannot be answered.

Enquiries are deleted 6 months after they are closed, unless further contact is needed or tax or other legal retention duties require them to be kept longer. Data from enquiries is not used to send you marketing.

Who receives your data

A hosting provider in Germany operates the servers for this website and for email, and processes data on behalf of tob-apps. Data is not sold. It is passed on to others only if the law requires it. Your data is not deliberately transferred outside the European Economic Area, and no automated decisions or profiling take place.

External links

Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, GitHub or the app stores, transfer no data until you click them. After that, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to have it corrected or erased. You may also restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. To use these rights, write to the email address above.

Estos datos se utilizan únicamente para responder a su consulta y preparar un posible proyecto. La base jurídica es la aplicación, a petición suya, de medidas precontractuales (artículo 6.1.b del RGPD). Sin su dirección de correo electrónico no es posible responder a su consulta.

Las consultas se eliminan 6 meses después de cerrarse, salvo que sea necesario mantener el contacto o que obligaciones fiscales u otras obligaciones legales exijan conservarlas durante más tiempo. Los datos de las consultas no se utilizan para enviarle publicidad.

Destinatarios de los datos

Un proveedor de alojamiento situado en Alemania gestiona los servidores de este sitio web y del correo electrónico, y trata los datos por cuenta de tob-apps. Los datos no se venden y solo se comunican a terceros cuando la ley lo exige. Sus datos no se transfieren deliberadamente fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, y no se realizan decisiones automatizadas ni elaboración de perfiles.

Enlaces externos

Los enlaces a otros sitios web, como LinkedIn, GitHub o las tiendas de aplicaciones, no transmiten datos hasta que hace clic en ellos. A partir de ese momento se aplica la política de privacidad del sitio que visite.
